This byway showcases Idaho’s natural sagebrush lands and canyon rims, as well as a spectacular view of the Owyhee Mountains. At certain times of year, it’s also an amazing place to spot birds of prey. There are also trails, museums, parks, and more waiting for you to visit them. The Western Heritage Historic Byway is always worth a day trip. Rafters floating the river as it cuts through the Owyhee Mountains. Nearby Parks Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park is a perfect example of the beautiful, well-maintained parks spread throughout Meridian. Located at 1900 N. An escrow withhold is when your lender requires funds to be held back from Builder’s proceeds at closing for work we are obligated to complete per the terms of a buyer’s contract agreement. Why is the house next to me getting landscaped when nobody lives there yet and my escrowed landscaping isn't completed yet? Great news, you have a new neighbor coming! Since the weather is currently warmer, lenders will not allow buyers to close with any items incomplete on their home. We are required to finish landscaping, painting, etc. on your neighbors home in order for them to close and move in.
